AstraZeneca Ambassadors
About the Program
AstraZeneca Ambassadors is a unique program for students who want to take their first step towards a professional career.
During the program, you will gain practical experience, develop key competencies, and learn about the environment of an international organization. You will also become part of a community of engaged students representing AstraZeneca at universities across Poland.
From the very beginning, you will receive support from a dedicated AstraZeneca mentor matched to your interests. Mentoring sessions take place regularly (once a month – online or in the office) and provide an opportunity to explore different company departments, career paths, and current market trends. Your mentor will share their experience and help you consciously plan your professional development.
There are also monthly online sessions for all ambassadors, covering both soft skills and technical topics. These include personal branding, the clinical trials process, key areas of the company’s operations, and the development of intercultural competencies (cultural intelligence).
Additionally, we meet twice during the program for in-person events for all ambassadors and mentors - days full of inspiration, knowledge, and networking opportunities.
The program is designed to be compatible with your studies - its schedule is flexible and aligned with the academic calendar.
The program lasts 6 months (one academic semester) and is conducted in a hybrid format (online + offline).

As part of the program, you:
- participate in regular online meetings
- attend 2 full-day in-person events in Warsaw
- engage in ambassador activities at your university
The program is unpaid.
We invite students of all nationalities studying in Poland who:
- have a very good command of English
- are open, engaged, and motivated
- communicate effectively and can organize various activities
- are curious and eager to learn
- are available for regular online meetings and in-person events in Warsaw
